This is the picture I did for NFC's Creat Your Own Nin contest! Worked quite a bit on her. Not exactly perfect, but I'm proud of her! ^^

Basic Techniques

Dragon Summoning – she can summon a dragon from any natural object and with it she can either “swallow” up her opponent (earth), bind them (trees) or drowns them (water.) She can only use this move once a day, for it takes massive chakra.

Hurricane Spindle – she ties kunai on a long string, wraps it around herself, and attacks her opponent by spinning rapidly.

Drunken Claw – she puts on her glove with the attached long steel needles and drinks up lot of alcohol and goes into a frenzy, where she slices anything and everything in her path.

Rose Petal – she uses her two katana to quickly slash the opponent in half (literally in half). She has to dash up to the opponent first, using momentum as an additional force.

Rain – she throws a large amount of needles at the opponent from the sky.

History: Ran is from the Lotus clan in the Hidden Rain Village. She is the third daughter of the clan leader, and is not seen as very special. She resents her eldest sister for abandoning the clan. She finds it not fair that her sister was given so much talent, yet does not use it. Ran trains everyday in hopes to beat the rank of her 2nd eldest sister. She wants to become the clan leader. Her older brother is sick and cannot become the leader. Therefore, either her sister or she shall succeed their father. She gets along with her brother the most because she wants to protect him, since he cannot himself.

Any other information: Her usual missions are to assassinate or to spy. She is very quick on her feet and is silent as a mouse. She dislikes using the Drunken Claw move because she hates alcohol, she also doesn’t have to drink much to get drunk. She can recognize the smell of alcohol from anywhere. She has a very keen nose.
